Welcome to JRRPedia — your go-to resource for everything about Charoenrut Karntaw (JRR).
A collection of everything you need to know about how we work — machines, yarns, fabric structures, and sustainable practices — all in one place. We want you to know us. We want you to understand the textile industry. And most of all, we want you to see how each element — every fiber, loop, and process — comes together to create a single roll of fabric.
We are excited for our work and how it positively impacts clients.

Mercerized is a finishing process that uses fine combed cotton to create fabric that’s smoother, shinier, and stronger than regular cotton. It’s lightweight, comfortable, easy to clean, resists mildew and stains, and maintains its shape without shrinking or stretching easily.
Water-repellent fabric is treated with substances like fluorocarbons or Teflon to prevent water from soaking in, causing droplets to bead up like on a lotus leaf.
Bio enzymes are used in the dyeing and finishing process to remove excess fuzz from the fabric, making it smoother and softer.
A special technique called Micro Brushing is used to gently brush the fabric surface, giving super soft fabrics an extra-smooth, velvet-like feel. Unlike velvet, though, it doesn’t pill after washing. The result is a soft, comfortable, and wearable fabric.
Antibacterial agents are added to the fabric to help prevent the growth of bacteria, without causing skin irritation.
Cooling fabrics are specially designed—either by using specific fibers or special finishing processes—to quickly release body heat, keeping you feeling cool and comfortable.
We’ve installed solar panels on our factory rooftop to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources. This clean energy helps us lower our carbon footprint and operate more efficiently.
We incorporate recycled yarns made from post-consumer and industrial textile waste. These eco-friendly materials help reduce landfill waste and support a more circular textile economy.
